Jennifer Tsouras-Shadd is a graduate of the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television with a degree in Narrative Production and Music History. She is currently working on her master’s degree in Film and Media Studies through the Arizona State University online graduate program. A New York-based filmmaker, writer, and artist, she works as an Editorial Assistant at Backstage Magazine and provides freelance assistance on film and television sets. She once wrote a 15 page paper about why George Bailey is essentially the greatest movie character of all time.
As an aspiring film and television director and scholar, Jenn is passionate about the inclusion of female and minority creatives in the motion picture industry, and hopes to be a champion of young girls who also dream of becoming filmmakers.
